Flipper, accessible at: https://flpp.io, one of its main priorities is the privacy of participants who are visitors of its website and its decentralized applications (dApps), including the AI-powered advisory features (collectively, the “Interface”). Flipper is designed to collect as minimal Personal Data as possible. This Privacy Policy document contains types of data that are collected, used, and recorded by Flipper.
The Flipper Interface is managed by FLIPPER Tech LLC, a company incorporated in Georgia, which is the controller for your Personal Data within the scope of this Privacy Policy. Flipper decides “why” and “how” your Personal Data is processed in connection with the Interface. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Interface activities and is valid for participants who are visitors to the Interface with regards to the Personal Data that they share and/or which is collected within the Flipper Interface. This Privacy Policy is not applicable to any Personal Data collected offline or via channels other than the Interface. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your data and how it will be treated by the Interface.

1. Changes to Privacy Policy
If our data processing practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. Your continued access to and use of the Interface constitutes your awareness and acceptance of all amendments. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly.
2. Eligibility
Age. By accessing or using the Interface, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Interface.
3. Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all your interactions with us via the Interface. Below are the categories of our processors (service providers) which can access and process your Personal Data through the Interface:
- Technical maintenance and infrastructure vendors;
- Project and team management vendors;
- Communication vendors;
- Analytics, statistics, performance, and marketing vendors (including AI model training and analytics platforms).
4. Data processing in connection with the Interface
Types of Data Collected
To the maximum extent possible, Flipper tries to collect as minimal Personal Data from you as possible. Personal Data we may process includes:
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device information (browser type, language), log files (date, time, referring pages, clicks), and data related to usage patterns and website security – collected when you use the Interface.
- Public Blockchain Data: Your public wallet addresses and on-chain transaction information (e.g., tokens swapped, amounts) that is accessible when you interact with the Interface. We analyze this data in aggregate to improve routing, user experience, and to train our AI advisory algorithms. We do not use this data for profiling or decisions at an individual user level.
- AI Interaction Data: Anonymous and aggregated data related to your interaction with the Flipper AI advisor (e.g., types of queries, selected trading parameters or preferences) may be collected solely to improve the accuracy, performance, and safety of the AI models.
- Log Files: Flipper follows a standard procedure of using log files for purposes such as analyzing trends, administering the Interface, and gathering broad demographic information.
⚠️ Critical Security Notice:
Flipper will never ask for, collect, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or any other non-public wallet credentials. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
How and Why we use your Personal Data
We may use your Personal Data listed above only for:
- Our internal and operational purposes, such as ensuring security, preventing fraudulent activity, and improving security.
- Assessing and improving the performance and features of the Interface and the AI advisory system.
- Analyzing aggregated user behavior to improve our products.
- Training, validating, and enhancing our AI models in a secure and anonymized manner.
- Responding to legal requests from authorities.
Legal bases for this processing include the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent.
Disclosure of Data
We may disclose Personal Data: (i) to our trusted processors (as listed in Section 3); (ii) if required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order); (iii) in connection with a merger or corporate restructuring.
Data Retention Period
We retain Personal Data as long as you have an account with Flipper Interface, and for a period of two (2) years after your account is closed, oras long as necessary for the purposes stated in Paragraph 4, or as required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention, financial record-keeping). Aggregated, non-identifiable data used for analytics and AI training may be retained for longer periods.

5. Cookies and Automatically Collected Data
We use cookies and similar technologies to collect Technical & Usage Data (as described in Section 4) to improve the Interface. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Your rights under GDPR
If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, you have rights including: right to be informed about data processing, right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, right to not be subjected to automated data processing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@flpp.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Privacy of children
Our Interface is not directed to collect any data from people under the age of 18.
8. Transfer of Personal Data
When transferring personal data of EU data subjects outside the EU/EEA, we rely on approved legal mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses. Please note: Data broadcasted to and recorded on a public blockchain (like Solana) is immutable and cannot be altered or erased by us.
9. Data Integrity & Security of Processing
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
10. Supervisory authority oversight
EU data subjects have the right to contact their local data protection authority.
